予約・お問い合わせの際に、お名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、宿泊予定日、宿泊人数などをお伺いします。

1. Information we collect: name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, and number of guests provided through our booking / contact form.

• ご予約の確認・ご連絡のため
• お問い合わせへの回答のため
• 宿泊者名簿の作成など法令上必要な手続きのため

2. Purpose of use: to confirm and respond to your booking or inquiry, and to prepare the guest register as required by law (Private Lodging Business Act / Hotel Business Act).

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
